We want you to love every product you receive from Miragem. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@miragemskin.com, with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
